    Learners will support individuals transitioning through menopause by:

    engaging in initial conversations regarding the menopause
    signposting individuals to mainstream medical or alternative support organisations.

    This qualification is underpinned by CIMSPA’s Women and Girls Population Specialism Professional Standard.

    To achieve the YMCA Level 3 Award in Understanding Menopause and Interventions to Support Health and Wellbeing (610/4378/3), learners must pass one mandatory unit. Assessments include:
